After finding Capsule through our US insurance partner Vouch, the neurotech company approached us with a dilemma.
Despite 90% of its income coming from the US, the Cumulus team found themselves without crucial US coverage after their current insurer removed it from their policy at renewal.

We acted fast, upgrading Cumulus’ Professional Indemnity and Cyber insurance to include US coverage. Where its previous broker fell short, we excelled – securing the right coverage at the right moment and replacing it as if it had never been lost.
The whole process took just eight days.
We have allowed the firm to meet its contractual responsibilities and remain compliant. With no need to worry about how best to protect its capital against claims, the neurotech company is ready to continue its overseas US operations – so watch this space!
