What Helps Us Help You
When you contact us, it’s useful to have:

Not Sure if It’s a Claim? That’s Okay!
Many clients aren’t certain straight away and that’s completely fine. You can contact us just to:

- Let us know about an incident “for awareness”
- Talk through what happened and get advice
- Understand if it might become a claim later
