Tell us what has happened
Tell us what happened, no need to provide policy info, we already have it. We quickly assess the situation, align it with your coverage, and begin preparing the claim strategically.
We'll notify your insurer
Once we have the details, we'll contact your insurer on your behalf and get your claim registered. We actively manage the claim, challenging insurer positions if necessary and keeping the process moving.
Review Outcome
We remain involved until resolution, ensuring the claim is handled fairly and the outcome is optimised for you.
