Did we miss the mark?

We’re here to make things right and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Sometimes we might need to involve your insurer - if that’s the case or there are any other delays, we’ll let you know.

 

If you’re not happy with our decision, you can reach out to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). They’re an independent organisation that helps resolve disagreements between customers and financial services companies.

 

We’ll do everything we can to fix things before it gets to that point though.
