The Capsule B-Corp 30 2025

LinkedIn - Capsule B-Corp 30 16-9

It’s no secret that we’re a proud B Corp here at Capsule. But being a B Corp isn’t just about being a badge holder – we’re part of a movement. A movement that believes brands can be better. That profit and purpose aren’t mutually exclusive. In fact, doing good is just good business.

And we know we’re not alone. Across every sector – from finance and tech to consumer and beyond – there’s a growing wave of B Corps showing that it’s possible to challenge the status quo and build thriving companies in the process.

This year, achieving certification (or recertification) feels even more meaningful, with recent updates to the B Corp standards having raised the bar and making it tougher than ever. Businesses now face stricter environmental and social rules – so props to those making B Corp certification a priority.

For the third year running, we’re shining a light on B Corps – 30 of them to be exact! The ones quietly – and not-so-quietly – pushing boundaries. Innovating in bold, brilliant, and sustainable ways, supported by our friends at Cooper Parry.

Some are household names. Others are a little more niche. All of them are united by a common thread: they’re putting people and the planet at the heart of everything they do – showing the world what better business really looks like. Without further ado, here are the B Corps showing well and truly what it means to be a purpose-driven business…

1 (2)The B Corp 30 list has been compiled by Capsule’s Marketing Director Victoria McDonnell and renowned research expert Ying van de Walle, Head of Research for the Sunday Times 100. It involved thorough criteria and a number of judging sessions. To be considered for this year’s list, shortlisted companies must have achieved one or more of the following:

• Become B Corp certified in the past 12 months
Showed strong revenue and/or headcount growth
• Secured new funding
• Brought their total funding level to over £1m
• Expanded overseas, made acquisitions, or launched new products or innovations
• Increased their B Corp Impact Score

Companies featured in the 2023 and 2024 editions of the B Corp 30 are exempt from this list.
